2 New GIB-related features:

- You can now claim when you are declarer against 2 GIB opponents. However, you can only claim when you are on lead (this is a restriction in GIB).
- You can now use partnership bidding with GIB as your partner. This is a nice way for new players to practicing specific areas of bidding. You already could use partnership bidding with GIB as your opponents. Use the GIB and "Opponents' bidding" buttons to set up GIB as your partner and/or opponents.

Implementing both of these changes required some rather delicate work and it is entirely possible I broke something else GIB-related in the process (though our tests have revealed no such problems). As such, we would appreciate it if you could play with various GIB operations using this version.

Vugraph operators will notice that the first board is no longer automatically dealt when you open a vugraph table. You have to click the REDEAL button in order for a board to appear.

Some other bugs have been fixed.
