I guess it's all in the topic title and description.
I emailed support but got no answer, and it's been several days already.
Can anybody help here?
Thanks in advance,

From BBO's own info on Billing:
BB$ is BBO's in-game currency. Premium membership gives you unlimited deals in Social Bridge, free team matches, free challenges and solitaire games, so those never cost BB$. Tournaments work differently. Paid tournaments have always been paid for with BB$. That does not change with Premium membership.
Your plan and your BB$ are bought separately, and Premium never uses your BB$. To add more BB$, use the BBO Store as usual.

OK thank you Dave.
Still, it's disappointing that BBO's official support didn't bother to reply to my enquiry.

I've feeling that BBO "sinks" every day more and more. BBO customer service didn't respond me query about membership, also. My problem is that I was renew membership before expired free trial of two months, there was written that membership days add to previous free trial, but my membership started just at that day, so I lost few days of membership. Terrible.
