Using existing BB$ to pay for membership Can I convert my current BB$ balance to funds against premium mem

I guess it's all in the topic title and description.
I emailed support but got no answer, and it's been several days already.
Can anybody help here?

From BBO's own info on Billing:
BB$ is BBO's in-game currency. Premium membership gives you unlimited deals in Social Bridge, free team matches, free challenges and solitaire games, so those never cost BB$. Tournaments work differently. Paid tournaments have always been paid for with BB$. That does not change with Premium membership.

Your plan and your BB$ are bought separately, and Premium never uses your BB$. To add more BB$, use the BBO Store as usual.
