Table List enhancements to help directors

Often some players are very slow. To identify which, please add to table list entries:
  • Board number
  • Bidding/Playing indication
  • Minutes left in round
  • Seconds since last action[bid/play]
  • Player next to play


The data can be static between refreshes. Or you could add a check box to each entry to reload.
