!!!TCR stuck at 78 despite playing without leaving - 1_naz I need your help pls

Hi BBO Support Team and Admins,

My BBO username: 1_naz

My Tournament Completion Rate (TCR) recently dropped from 89-90 down to 78. Since the drop, I have been playing tournaments continuously without leaving or quitting any boards, but my TCR remains stuck at 78 and is not updating.

Because of this issue, I am unable to register for tournaments requiring an 80+ TCR, which is creating a huge problem for me.

I have already sent emails to support@bridgebase.com regarding this matter, but I haven't received a reply yet.

Could an administrator please check my account (1_naz) and help resolve/recalculate this TCR issue?

I'll respond with details by private message.

Put simply, you play a lot of tournaments. So the impact of each tournament on the TCR is very small, and it will take a while for completing tournaments to raise the overall percentage. We don't weigh recent tournaments any differently than old tournaments.
