Hello! In split screen, using Firefox for my desktop browser, I cannot see the "Claim" button or the rest of the bottom of the the page/screen as previously. Control minus does not show it. Trying to manually resize the windows does not show it.

When I resize the monitor resolution from 1920x1080 to 2048 x 1280 on my 27" monitor, it shows up. However, I find the smaller stretched letters and shapes in this resolution layout to be uncomfortable.

Was something changed in BBO recently when the new premium account started that changed the layout/resolution? Or do I need to do something else in order to keep the screen resolution the same but to see the bottom of the BBO panel? Thank you and best regards.

Mike

Hello! I restarted everything and the problem cleared. I'm not sure what happened, but it seems to have resolved. Best regards. Mike
