I can't participate in any tournament and I am perhaps Member Prime of BBO - bullshit!
What the ***** am I paying 9,99$ a month for?

There were system instabilities yesterday for a couple of hours, which caused, among other things, the lists of tournaments to fail to load.

Sorry about this, the problem was resolved and everything is back to normal.

About your premium membership, it's granted for free. This does not mean the system should be flakey, just wanted to reassure you that you are not charged.
