There are some for which there is something unfair with the attitude of "could play quickly to that trick and give him a chance to guess wrong" rather than "could play in tempo".

I didn't mean extra quick, just normal tempo rather than thinking for 5-10 seconds. That gives the position away (unless you do it when you don't actually have anything to think about, which is not permitted).

not if "playing quickly to the trick" *is* "playing in tempo". And for way too many, without a problem, it absolutely is...
