Having been frustrated at the deteriorating skills of the never-great GIB in the last months, I started reporting the very worst of the deals to BBO, but after a while I started thinking if there is any point in doing this. We all know BBO doesn't give a ***** about the awful quality of their robots as people apparently keep paying to play with them, but it would help if I knew there were at least someone reading the reports and making a note of the most glaring offences even if nothing would ever get done about it.

We do follow the reports and work on improving the robots. We don't typically reply to bug reports but we are paying attention.

Thanks for your reply. It's good to know these are getting attention, and I don't need to need a reply as long as that is the case. I don't know why a number of basic bids, like the first bid in early in a bidding sequence, has gotten very weird recently, but I wish you'd rather reset the GIBs to the version you used a year or two ago instead.
