I am trying to see the problem with 6 spades even with a baddiish break
But diamonds looks easier than spades
Let's stay with spades. Am I just happy to make or looking for all 13
Believe it or not I will try to work it out but wait for the experts to comment first :)
Can I use the information from the lead from hand 1 on hand 2 :)
Can we assume that the first round of diamonds goes round
I am going to win first round of diammonds in South and try two rounds of spades and hope
OK so first round of diamonds is ruffed

Depends on the type of Acol. Swiss Acolites open 1♦ but the opening in Modern English Acol is 1♥. As previously explained, I cannot honestly tell you what the German Acol players open here. :lol:

Playing Crowhurst era Acol I open 1♦, older AND more modern Acolers open 1♥.

K♥ lead from KQ

On the diamond lead East will go up with the Jack.
On a low spade back West discards the 2♠
