My Apologies if this has been raised before.
Having played in a lot of tournaments recently to try to improve, I believe 30 seconds is too long to allow players to bid/play.
There is so much delaying tactics by some players, it is very frustrating.
15/20 seconds would appear ample for anyone.

Most tournaments don't have any time limit, you must be talking about the Express tournaments.

While most actions can be done quickly, occasionally you do need to think. We also need to give time for a warning.

Yes agreed, I have been playing almost all Express.
I appreciate we all need time to think, but sitting at ones computer for 30 seconds is a lifetime.
Some can finish an entire round in a minute, but not saying we should apply that short of a time frame.
Its insulting to other players to sit there knowing a player is deliberatley delaying to run out the clock and repeating that more than once.
I still believe 20 seconds should be sufficient for almost all players to play a card, and the shorter timeframe might help to weed out some of these bad players.
I wish there was a quick way to alert the system of such players so perhaps their behaviour can be watched and action taken. Clicking on Director call only seems to allow to withdraw from the tournament.

There are ways to report abuse.

1. Report the board where someone did something bad. Click the board where the offense occured. In the hand diagram at the bottom of history, click the little "hamburger" icon, a blue rectangle with three horizontal grey lines and choose Export Deal -> Send abuse report. You can add a comment explaining who did what so our team can find it easier.

2. Report the player who misbehved. Click the username of the player you want to report. Click the Report Abuse button in their profile, and choose the reason you are reporting them from the list of possible offenses.

These abuse reports go directly to our abuse team. You won't get a human reply, but we check them and we weed out the abusers from Express or other tourneys.
