Sometimes people will invite me to play in a game while I am logged on to BBO, however for one reason or another, I don't see their invite. Perhaps I was AFK or not paying attention. However I may have wanted to play with that person if I knew they were asking.

Vice versa - I may invite someone and not get a response for the same reason. I might think that person no longer wants to play with me.

My suggestion is to have BBO write a line in your chat whenever someone invites you to play with them and you do not respond. That way you can see any invites you may have missed while AFK and get right back to that person.

Something like: XXYY_User1 invited you to play in the 7:00pm ACBL Pairs Speedball

You could also add a User Setting to suppress these if you don't want to see them. I would also not allow anyone on "Blocked" list to send invites to me.
