I'm having the same problem trying to play the daily ACOL tournament. The Play Now button doesn't work on desktop (I have tried two different browsers). It does work on the BBO mobile app.

There was a system issue for a short while, and challenges and some daylongs were not reacting when players clicked Play now. It's been sorted out now.
