You didn't reply, but FWIW my assessment of the auction would be that it is wise to lead an unsupported Ace. Declarer has the hearts control that dummy denied (otherwise he would have stopped in 5♠), but it is more likely to be a singleton or the K rather than a void, and avoiding overtricks is important at MP.

At which point the question is rather whether South would lead K from AK here.
