Into my 6th year on this site and still trying to find people who fit the following

1. Are decent players
2. Are relaxed and friendly
3. Don't take life or Bridge too seriously
4. Can handle occasional errors from a partner without being obnoxious

My most familiar system is now 2/1 but with simple tweaks am happy with 5 or 4 card systems and strong or weak NT

Most important thing is understanding Bridge basics and not being obsessed with complicated bells and whistles. The simplest system is often the most effective

I actually prefer social and team formats too

I am very friendly and easy going company 🙂

Should add my easiest hours are between around 10am to 5pm Brisbane time, but can play evening Brisbane time if you make allowance for tiredness and possible wine consumption 😊

We are currently 10 hours ahead of London, 15 hours ahead of New York, and 1 hour behind Sydney, if that helps too

I don't think relative time with Turkey is relevant to my level

But of course am happy with mixed international relaxed and friendly company 😊

Can engage in basic conversation in various forms of English, some Spanish, a bit of French and German but not much really

Hi thepossum, you are the perfect partner. I am an advanced beginner (or a decent intermediate) . Unfortunately, at present, I have little time to play. Perhaps in the future.... Is it OK if I invite you join a table in the future? I live in California.
