Can't sign up for NABC

I'm trying to register for the NABC, but it's telling me I must be an ACBL member. It opens a web page where I can log in and set my ACBL number, but it's already filled in (and has been forever). Maybe it's because it starts with a letter?

Your ACBL membership expired on Oct 30. You need to renew it.

I was at a regional over the weekend, and I heard a director mention that their auto-renew was not working, if you were depending on that.
