The robot's bidding looks fine to me. North has the worst hand opposite a TOX, length in openers suit but not enough for a penalty pass or 1NT, so is forced to bid a three card major. It is South's bid that is wrong. Why jump to 3 with a seven loser weak NT hand opposite a partner who has shown 0-7 HCP, it has been established there is no game on? Just bid 2 if you want to bid anything at all.

But, as for the robot bidding badly on this hand, I think roughly 99.99% of good human players would (a) bid 1H in response to the double and (b) pass 1H, having doubled, for the reasons given by AL.
