I played in 14 tournaments and never left before the end. But the tournament completion rate ist still "unknown". What could be the problem? Thanks in advance and kind regards

I think TCR needs 10 tournaments in 60 days time. What is the span of your 14 tournaments?

Daylongs and Instant tournaments don't count towards your completion rate. Only duplicate games played in real time, where your leaving would inconvenience other players matter for computing TCR.
And even there, not all games in real time force you to play until the end. if you play a "live" robot duplicate (ie, one of the timed games with everyone playing simultaneously), if you Withdraw from a robot duplicate (little menu with three lines at the top corner of the table -> Withdraw), then your TCR is not affected.
