I my book K should be a singleton, so even for a beginner it looks possible to continue , get your 2 ruffs in and a -trick + the two ruffs in .

Now assuming the bot figures this out, the only reason for the -shift must be that it expects it to go more down, but it is hard to find hands, where that is possible.

Now assuming the bot figures this out..

.. the bot doesn't give or interpret any signals / previously played cards in defense other than some lead rules like 4th best, and switches because it thinks you are just are likely to hold Kx or Kxx as K.

In a *very* early version of GIB (possibly even prior to BBO picking it up), it used to weight hands based on the conditional probabilities that each played card was a mistake double dummy. This was disabled, either because it was too slow, or because it simply led to erratic behavior (consider the numerous issues that GIB already has putting too much weight to the bidding, and imagine that applied to every single played card..)
I have nothing worth contributing, bye

I understand, that there is no signaling, but it should not slow down the bot to calculate that a card is carrying some information, that could be used in the simulation.

If partner isn't following suit it is obvious partner is void, but here it could be calculated that partner must have a singleton, but thx for the answer
