Server speed slow play and disconnects

Playing early this morning, (usually never any problems) I had very slow play and numerous disconnects by myself and others at several tables. One opp commented that it was okay until the vugraph started. Is there anything that I can do to avoid these problems and does vugraphing create problems with the system?

i have noticed too it tends to happen alot during vugraph presentations

It used to happen with *very* large Vugraph audiences but I thought Uday had sorted it all out befote last year's Olympiad.
