Not complaining about the overall level of play by south and ability to make 2NT

Just curious why they also needed to be given an overtrick at the end




EDIT is it nearly always the West bot that makes the errors. Couldn't they replace it with a spare East bot

Is there a way with Hand editor to progress the play
