Double, if partner bids 2NT Lebensohl I'll be a coward and bid 3♣. I don't like this hand nearly as much as I like the average 17-count.

Four pairs right sided the heart contract so perhaps they didn't get the 2♠ preempt. I can't imagine anyone bidding 3♥/2♠
