1) Read some older threads in this forum - should be done first.
or
2) Have a look at

http://www.rpbridge.net/rpbr.htm

Bridge File Converter from section Bridge Utilities works simply and correctly:

a) Create deals using any programm you like.
b) Convert file to LIN-format using BFC.
c) Load pre-dealt hands in Tournament management window.

BBO software can read PBN file format (some problem is the EVENT tag is left out, so if the dealer program doesn't add an event line, do so yourself). There are plenty of programs available on line that will do this for you. Look up the PBN homepage, for example. Better yet, look at he some softaware dealers recommended here on the forum. Shareware, Hand Dealers, link to Bridge7. Also most bridge playing (single player) software will deal hands for you, many of these are freeware or shareware.

You can also construct hands yourself using BBO software. Go to the main lobby on line. Click movie. When the vugraph opens, just add cards.

Welcome to the Bridge base forum, we hope you come back often
