There are in principle 2 different versions of 2/1 GF - On BridgeWinners called SHAPE and STRENGTH.

Now GIB is playing the STRENGTH version, and that is OK.

This means that after

the Bot will rebid the major to show minimum.

But now look at this hand

Here GIB will open 1♠, that is OK with me.
Now when partner responds 2♦/♥, the Bot will rebid 2♠.

But what happens if next hand bids, so the bidding goes

Now the Bot bids 3♣, in principle switching from STRENGTH to SHAPE. This is not showing extra

The bot insist on showing ♣ and now bids 4♣ on this bad hand

On other bids (including Double), the bot will pass
