I have tried playing this hand in the old version of GIB, and noticed that the current BBO bot isn't needing so much to bid at the 1-level, so in the old version West will pass - I think it is fine to bid 1♥.
If I force West to bid 1♥, north will still make a negative double, but in the old version East would Redouble to show 12+ and at most 2♥. It seems 1N from South then will end the auction.
Now back to the BBO-bot, that instead of RD finds a forcing 3♦, showing twice rebiddable ♦s. Now looking at the explanation it is clear that West either has no clue about what to do, or is using 3♠ to show ♦-support or a stopper.
East now enters simulation mode and finds that 4♥ is the game with best chances (I assume it isn't considering 4♦) but I am not sure it considers 3N, that on the actual layout is a making contract.
4♥ is showing 2♥, but the simulation in West finds that 5♦ is better that 4♥
Against 5♦ south lead ♥K, and for some strange reason the BOT decided to play ♥Q from dummy going down 2 on the actual layout. Really strange play
