How do I get to 4[spades]?

<br><br>Over a weak 2♦ I can bid 3♦ showing 5-5 in the majors and 14+, but 4♦ is a 24+ balanced hand.<br><br>I would expect North to bid 4♠ with almost any 4-card support, but it bid 3♠. Now 4♠ from me is defined as 6+♠ and 25+ points, and now the bot drives to slam. Very inconsistent.<br><br>Yes, I know we have seen this before, so how do you bid to get to 4♠?

Bid 3♦, then if GIB bids 3♠, undo and bid 2♠ instead.

If you want to play bridge, don't partner GIB.
