Gib W doubles 3♦ for the lead and subsequently doubles 7♥, holding a void in spades. Was this meant as Lightner or just general penalty?
Anyway, I shouldn't complain, this was robot reward so Gib E's diamond lead earned me a dollar.

According to the description, the double of grand shows 2+ hearts, which is clearly not what is really going on.
If it was Lightner then his partner isn't thinking clearly: although that is already evident from the diamonds lead after your cue, doubled or not.

Descriptions are entirely meaningless at that level.
Double says "double dummy simulations say we're going to beat this enough times".
But East is incapable of interpreting this.
