I know it's normal for referees in American tournaments, but i'm still allergy in the knowledge that you don't know what it is or you're misleadingMy link

I really have no idea what the issue is here, 4C was alerted as Gerber (a very poor bid but so what) and this 4D bid got exactly what it deserved ... irl I guess you could have thought it was T85 - KJT9862 762 ... but harder to use that as an excuse on BBO :)
"definitely that's what I like to play when I'm playing standard - I want to be able to bid diamonds because bidding good suits is important in bridge" - Meckstroth's opinion on weak 2 diamond

North clearly misbid. The correct bid instead of 4 is 7NT, and then redouble if doubled.

What do you mean by "allergy in the knowledge"?

Why did you bid 4 when you don't have many diamonds? If you meant it just to show a diamond honor, that's not safe when the opponents are in a strength auction. The opponents will just double you and you have no place to run. You need strength and length in the suit, so you have a worthwhile sacrifice.

If there are referees in bridge, I guess that they do not have whistles on them lol!

But they have red cards, and I think all four players here should have been given one :)

I think that only a bridge teacher could hand out red cards here :) There doesn't seem to be an infraction, except perhaps the unclear explanation of 4◇ ("◇E") which in BBO could have been sorted out without calling director.
