Missing Prize Money

I placed in the top 10 of the July 3rd Super Sunday game, thereby winning a prize of $5. The money, which should have automatically been credited to my account, has never been awarded, which is not impressive. It's even more unimpressive that I have contacted BBO Support several times and have received nothing but useless automated replies. This is extremely poor customer service by BBO.
