I was playing today at a table and another player started sending me sexually abusive messages. This has not happened to me for the first time. BBO never took any measures against the previous perpetrator. I have taken the screen shots of his comments and ignored him. Do we, as women, no right for respect on this forum?? [edited]
BBO- will you do something against him or will you just tell women to ignore him?

I don't think this is a question for Laws and Rulings, obviously such behaviour violates the Laws.
It also violates the Regulations of BBO, see here
Did you send a mail with the screen shots?

Also if this is not an issue for laws and rulings then it’s not an issue for anybody or anything. Don’t you think so?

First and foremost, what happened to you should not happen to anyone.
I'm sorry that this occurred.

Second: The best way to handle this is to contact abuse@bridgebase.com
There is a good blog posting describing the procedures at https://blog.bridgeb...and-what-to-do/

Last: The Laws and Rulings forum probably isn't the right location to raise these sorts of issues

1. The folks who administer this portion of forums have nothing to do with BBO management. No one here has the ability to address the issues that you experienced
2. The purpose of this part of the forums is to discuss technical minutia like how to deal with Unauthorized Information or whether its appropriate to use an adjusted score or a procedural penalty

OP posted same message multiple times in several forums. Closing this one, removed the other duplicates, left only one post.

Meanwhile Abuse has been informed and dealt with the offender.
