Share or Export/Import list of ignored users

Is there a way to share a list of "ignore" users with another BBO user? Even something simple as an export to a file then importing into the other user's profile can be very useful. By the way, I am talking about the users "ignored" within the main BBO interface, not within the forum - those seem to be different lists.
