Yes, Merry Christmas to one and all.

As with just about everyone, it is easier for me to come up with plans that have been canceled than plans that have materialized. But there is this:
Becky's sister's son's wife put on Facebook some scenes from the Minnesota farm she grew up on. I had never met her but I posted a few words about growing up in St. Paul and spending some time on my uncle's farm. I noted I was shocked to find that even 8-year-old nephews (me) were expected to do farm work while I was there. I got a very friendly reply.

We must still reach out.
