It uses strong club, weak notrump and 4-card major openings together with transfer responses.
Opening bids:
1♣ = 15+
1♦ = 9-14, unbal, no 4cM (ie. either 54+ minors or a 6c minor)
1♥♠ = 9-14, 4+ cards, unbal or 5332, may have longer minor
1NT = 11-14, bal
2♣ = weak, both Ms
2♦ = weak, 6c M
2♥♠ = weak, 5c + 4c m
2NT = undefined (bad 3-level pre-empt or both minors maybe?)
Over 1 spade:
1NT = 3+ clubs, any strength (5+ cards w/o 3♠ if weak)
2♣ = 4+ diamonds, any strength (5+ cards w/o 3♠ if weak)
2♦ = 5+ hearts, any strength (no 3♠ if weak)
2♥ = 3♠, inv+ (balanced if GF)
2♠ = weak, 3-4c
2NT = 4+♠, inv+
3♣♦♥ = 6+ cards 1-suiter, GF
Strong jump-shifts, what on Earth?! But handling all 1-suiters (weak, invitational and GF) via xfers may be difficult.
Over a transfer, opener usually completes but may super-accept to show a minimum with good support or bid 2NT with a maximum and support. Of course, opener may also rebid 2M or show a second suit. Not sure if a new suit should show a maximum or not. Maybe good-bad 2NT could come in handy here (eg. bid 1♠ - 2♣; 2NT with 4♠6♣ and a min, 1♠ - 2♣; 3♣ with a max).
In Magic Diamond, transfer to a minor then, after opener completes, 2M shows 5m2M and searches the right part-score. But here, with a wider opening range, one may have to use this sequence with a balanced 2M443 hand of 11-12 HCP or so (in Magic these can pass because game is out of sight).
Responses to 1♥ are much the same, with 1♠ natural forcing for one round (usually 8+ points).
Over one diamond no transfers:
1♥♠ = 5+ cards, f1 (about 8+ points)
1NT = 8-11, no 5c M but something in Ms
2♣ = GF, relay (symmetric responses: 2♦ = 6+ ♣, 2H = 54+ ♣♦, 2S+ = 6+ ♦)
2♦ = invite w/o 5c M (not sure how this works)
2♥♠ = weak
2NT = both minors, not invitational
3♣♦ = weak
I've not thought about how to respond to stong club or one notrump, but I'm sure there are plenty of fine structures available already.
So anyone got a comment? Someone wanna give it a go? Or bridge, because I don't know go...
