Help
I have been playing on BBO for quite some time and generally play at least 1 or 2 tournaments per week and never leave a tournament early yet my completion rate still shows as "Unknown" which keeps me out of some tournaments. What am I missing?

You need to have played 10 applicable tournaments over a 60 day period to get an initial TCR. (Applicable as in not including things like daylongs, which you can't be disconnected from.)

Where does someone see their own TCP? I can't find that anywhere, and the question is not very searchable.

On the web browser, log in and click on your name in the top right corner. It's another step on the mobile app - log in, click on Account and then Show profile.

What you can't do is to then click on your TCR to see the history on which it is based.
