I have not been able to login to BBO on my Apple Mac for the last ten days or so. I can log in on my iPad, but the interface is pretty clunky and unsatisfactory. When I use my Mac at the moment, I get the message " Error - you internet may be off, or too many users online. Check our internet or try again later. " There is nothing wrong with my internet, and I get this message even of there are only small numbers (eg a few thousand) of players online. I have tried using Google Chrome rather than Safari, but I get the same message. Can anyone help?

Has anything changed with your Mac -- an upgrade, new internet, new antivirus -- con you think of anything that might be related to this inability to login?

I assume you used to be able to login before, is this correct?

Have you checked that your mac is not trying to use a different internet signal?

We've heard from a number of users who are having trouble logging in with MacOS Big Sur. We're investigating, but it's difficult because we haven't been able to reproduce it ourselves.

There are other possibilities.
Many iMac-BigSur users (including me) also use CleanMyMac or sometimes wipe their cache to improve speed.
This can mean that a saved password is lost from the device.
