I think a great feature for kibitzers would be to be able to see the same cards a specific player is seeing while he is playing. This could work in the following way:
1) When someone goes to a table as a kibitzer the cards of the four players are shown to him, as it happens now.
2) Then the menu at the table includes an option for "Watch the game as if you were a player" with four suboptions, one for each player (North, South, East, West).
3) If the kibitzer chooses to watch the game as if he was a player during the auction he would see just the cards of that player. Immediately after the starting lead the cards of dummy would be shown (in case the player shown previously was dummy, the cards from the declarer would be shown at that moment).
This should be easy to implement I would say.

It's already there. Right click on the player of interest and choose 'Kibitz'.
