TD calls move around uselessly causing misclicks With running tourneys, place TD calls just under tourney.

TD calls are centred up and down in the space below the running tourney.
When a new call arrives, it can cause a misclick when TD is choosing a call to answer.

Why not have all calls start from the top, just under the running tourney.
