Can I change my username and at the same time retain my password and account details.

Any advice would be appreciated.

No. In fact you can't change your username at all. That doesn't mean you have no option!

You can create another account, with your desired username (if not already taken). This isn't great, as you will have to bring in your follower list, ACBL#, settings, profile,... If you're a member of a different NBO than the ACBL, you would have to notify that NBO with your new username so they can register your new account to your NBO identity.

Yes, you would then have two accounts. Provided you do not misuse them, that's perfectly fine (and if you want to have one identity with one group of people and another with others, you can do that as well - but you can only have ACBL# tied to one account.)

I'm pretty sure that I read somewhere that not only can you get a new user name, but you can transfer all of your awards etc to it.
Obviously, this would need to be done on request to BBO.
