There is a BBO user who follows me most times I play.
No details in his/her profile.
Does not respond to messages from anyone.

It's a bad look for me, might appear that I am self-kibitzing.
Is there anything I can do to stop him/her from joining me and following me through a session?
I was hoping [ignore] would help. It would make me harder to find but he/she knows when I play and in which sessions.
Those sessions allow kibitzers.

The people who investigate cheating accusation can tell that they're not coming from your IP, so it's not self-kibitzing.

If they were doing something actually abusive you could report them to abuse@bridgebase.com. But it's hard to determine any true harm that they're causing just by kibitzing you frequently, so there's not much ground to censure them. We don't currently have any way to block specific kibitzers.

Choose 'Follow; on the name of the kibber that way you will always know where he/she is.
Then . . .
Start your own table and exclude kibbers
OR
Only join tables which excludes kibbers
OR
When you join a table ask the host to exclude kibbers
