Polish: Król, Dama, Walet. Taken from French, same as suit names (Pik, Kier, Karo, Trefl). King is translated, and Polish has no V.

KQW would be quite unlikely, they can go Polish with KDW or English (they use NSEW as names for North and South have the same initial, and so do the names for East and West) with KQJ.

Russian cards have T, K, a character I don’t have on my keyboard, B. Tyz, Karol, Dama, Valet. LOL using T for 10 would not work well...
