Increasing TCR

I find it hard to increase my TCR. I understand it is calculated from my tournaments 60 days back.
I play maybe 5 tournaments per day and if I fail one it is 20%!!

I haven't played tournaments in months and my score remains steady.

It doesn't change unless you've played at least 10 tourneys in the past 2 months.

Why would you drop out of 1 tourney every day?

If you mean you dropped out of one tourney total, that's less than 1% of the 300 tourneys you played in 60 days.
