My partner is often rejected in the middle of a game

Hello players,

My partner is often rejected automatically (by the system BBO?) in the middle of a game. It never happened before but in these days very often. Does someone know how to solve this problem? She is playing on a windows 10, browser Firefox.

Set the table option 'Permission required to play'. This prevents slow players from being replaced by a robot.

My partner has LAN cable connection, so we believe that is stable...
