Card Piles Bring Them Back!

The previous BBO version showed the piles of tricks taken. I miss that so much! Also, when someone claims, the claim message box covers up the tricks taken, which I like to refer to. Please bring back the piles! Thanks!

Much of the layout is integrated between the mobile and desktop versions. The piles were removed because there isn't room on a mobile device screen for the old style. And we felt that numbers would be enough.
