Yesterday was worst day yet. To get and keep we 4 players on was impossible. Loss of players is so irritating. I know we should close other applicatiions and make sure we have good Wi-Fi service, but sometimes it seems to be if a players is taking too much time to bid or play. We finally gave up after having 3 different players get plugged in and come and go. How robust is BBOs infrastructure?

BBO's infrastructure, while not perfect, is significantly more robust than most players' connection to it.

Slow players will get replaced at regular tables if you take a long time to bid or play. Basically BBO will believe that you have been disconnected. You can prevent this by setting the 'Permission to play' table option or putting +slow+ in the table description.

I don't work for BBO and any advice is based on my BBO experience over the decades
