Friend logged in but showing offline

Setting up a teams match I wanted to wait until all 8 people were online before issuing invitations. All 8 players are on my Friends list. 7 showed up as being there but the eighth, although logged into BBO on her computer, was showing up as being offline. She was definitely logged into the correct server. After several repeat log ins none of which showed up I started the team match in desperation. Amazingly she received the invitation and the match was able to go ahead. Has anyone any suggestions?

It sounds like she ticked the 'Invisible' box when logging in.

Found that she had the Invisible box ticked. problem solved!
