Multi-window format not working properly Screen flashes when I press F11.

I used to get a multi-window format that showed the following:
o Play of the hand on the left
o Chat at the bottom
o Menu tabs along the right edge
o Selected menu option on the right. This could be history, friends, convention card, etc.

This format no longer appears.

I can go to full page mode by pressing F11. This gives me the multi-window format I am looking for. However, the screen keeps flashing, and this mode is unusable.

Any suggestions?

This problem happens when I am running Windows 10 with either Chrome or Edge as the browser.

For some reason the software thinks you're on a mobile device, so it has switched to the tablet/phone layout. Other people have reported this, but we've never been able to reproduce it ourselves to figure out what's happening.
