When I logged on I found my BBO Masterpoints have changed from 13.67 yesterday to 12.5 today. Anyone else had a similar experience? My “ranking” also went from 3 to 3+ but I don’t know if there’s any connection between these changes. Comments welcome.

There's no way your points could have gone down but your rank went up. The rank is 3 for 5.00-12.49, 3+ for 12.50-19.99. So you would have been 3+ if your points were 13.67.
You earned 0.12 on 8/23. So your points went from 12.38 to 12.50.
We did take points away from some people recently. We had an error where we awarded points twice for 3 daylong tourneys, so we took back the duplicates. But you weren't affected by that (and the affected users were notified).
