Pre Dealt Hands - Board Numbers

When a pre dealt board set is loaded into BBO, it is loaded as starting at Board 1 even it is a different number.

Could this be changed so the original board numbers are retained. So if 1-18 was loaded for session 1 of a 2 session Tournament and 19-36 was loaded for session 2, retain 19-36. Currently both sessions are loaded as 1-18.

The change will implement the same behavior as at a teaching table.
