iPad Problem Notice popping up want to go to another seat

My friend (92) recently got an iPad and with help is now playing on BBO. Every once in a while a message comes up on her screen while playing a game saying Do you want to go to another seat at table. This stops play until she can figure out how to say No. Is there something in the setting she can do to stop this?
