..board timeout..

I was playing a "Free Just Declare Daylong (MP) 2020-7-29" tournament of 8 boards.
After finishing 5th board a yellow message flushed on my display saying something like: "Error: .. board timeout..", and BBO-engine ended my tournament! First time when it happened I thought it might be a random error but yesterday (2020-7-29) happened again. :(
Any feedback from support team would be greatly appreciated.

This is a daylong tournament and I guess you were playing quite late in the night (depending on your time zone). There is a time when the old daylong finishes and the new ones start. I think it is 6 or 7 AM MEZ or CET. You better start a bit earlier or later with these tournaments and dont make long breaks when you play late in the night.
